Elysia and I don’t consider ourselves “foodies”, but we do love food. There were alot of things about riding in a helicopter that I didn’t expect. It’d been on my to do list for so long… I’d had one attempt – a helicopter tour through the Grand Canyon – foiled due to bad weather; another attempt over a volcano in New Zealand’s Rotorua dissipated due to only being able to book an 8 minute flight… And so the list goes. After our time in places like Malaysia and the Philippines, I thought Elysia and I had seen every taxi scam in the book.
