Bucerias has virtually zero 'timeshare' on the shoreline. Timeshare resorts are found south of Bucerias in Nuevo Vallarta. The vast majority of condo's on the beach are full share ownership. This keeps the town more quiet and quaint. Great article though - love Bucerias!
