We chose to stay at a small motel called Citadel Inn in the Makati area of the city. I thoroughly recommend the Makati area especially if you haven’t traveled in Asia before as it was by far the nicest part of Manila we came across in our trip. Makati is full of accommodation options (to suit all budgets) and close to all the malls, tourist sites and transport depots you would need for your stay!

Hi there, Elysia here! As Andrew’s already told you, we had the most AMAZING time at Club Paradise in Palawan. Staying at Club Paradise was 5 nights of pure island paradise that we’ll remember forever! The island is so secluded and so quiet that you can walk around the resort without ever passing another guest – except for at dinner when everyone seems to creep out of their secret, beach hiding places and join in the restaurant!
